Hello, I am Ashley

My name is Ashley, owner and photographer of Hopeful Creations. I am a wife to an amazing husband, Chris. We have three amazing, rotten children; Addison, Holden and Camden. But most importantly, I am a child of God.

I began photography back in 2007 as a Studio Manager for Olan Mills, where I was chosen to have photographs used for advertisement. I have a passion for capturing all aspects of the photo shoot. My goal is to provide you with gorgeous photos that will tell your story as I capture it through the lens.

Want to know why I love photography? My favorite part of being a photography is the c o n n e c t i o n that I get to experience between couples, families, children, and seeing the interaction between all that are involved.

Photograph is a story captured. When the time comes a photographs is what will remain and each time that photograph is seen, you will be reminded of that story.. What stories will you leave behind?

How many pictures will we receive?

This depends on the session type and whether we book a "Mini" or "Full" Session.

How should we dress for our session?

Once the session is scheduled, we will discuss location and what colors will look best. One thing I recommend is limited prints and no graphic t-shirts.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

Typically Newborn appointments are scheduled between the first 14 days of life. Time of day these are usually scheduled are between 9am-2pm, if this time does not work for you, please reach out to discuss.

What type of sessions do you photograph?

I enjoy all aspects of photography therefore I will capture engagement/boudoir, weddings, maternity/newborn, family/children including 1st birthday, and Senior sessions.

Where do your sessions take place?

I have a variety of spaces that I rent out depending on the type of session and desired look. I will also travel to your home/land if that is desired. In addition to outdoor photography.
